FREE SUMMER ACTIVITY PACKS
For Children 5 - 12 Years Old
In Hospital, In Care or At Home
Mental Health, Neurodiversity, Long Covid, Disabilities or Health Condition.

There are many Teesside Children this Summer that are in Hospital, in Care or are at Home over the summer holidays, unable to access face to face activities.
Severe Mental Health Conditions, Autism, Health Conditions & Disabilities will prevent many children from being able to access activities this summer.

Remember our Easter Holiday Activity packs?
I’d like to do similar again, providing families with up-to 5 weekly boxes full of fun things to do at home or in hospital!
The boxes will be based on 5 core themes:
-
Healthy Eating
-
Crafting
-
Growing (Fruit/Veg/Herbs/Salad)
-
Keeping Active or Sensory Play
-
Life Skills

Application Criteria:
-
Child is aged between 5 and 12 years (up to 16 where a disability means that they would enjoy the age range off activities for 5-12 year olds.
and
-
Receive FREE SCHOOL MEALS (or in Home Education circumstances, be a low income family)
and
-
Live within the Tees Valley (Hartlepool, Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough, Stockton on Tees, Darlington)
and
-
Have a Mental Health Condition, Disability, Neurodiversity, Health Condition or Learning Disability that prevents participation in face to face activities.

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria we have a very limited amount of packs to purchase at the bottom of this page. Due to many disabled followers asking for this option, I have quoted for an additional 20 self funding families - separate to the community project.
